Eva did my hair cut. She is very nice, and has a great sense of style without having too many questions. The place has a nice vibe to it. The only issue I have had is that the cashier always seems to not have paper for receipts or some issue. They will make you wait long time if you insist for the receipt until you say never mind. They say they will email the receipt but so far I have never received one from the many times I’ve been there.

Pretty unhappy with my experience today. I even brought a picture of how I wanted my hair to look from a previous cut that I got at Floyd’s right before the pandemic. Is that how my hair was cut today? No, no it was not. Plus the cut I got was short enough they used a razor for half of it but I was charged extra for a long cut because my hair started off long. Word to the wise, take the 5 seconds to lop of the extra before you turn up or they will seriously charge you more for the 5 seconds it takes to cut off the extra length. I cut my hair myself for the first year of the pandemic and I think that’s what I’m going back to because I did a better job with a couple of mirrors in less time than this took today. Icing on the cake was trying to get me to buy the product they put in my hair that I was clear I didn’t like. I loved Floyd’s when Raven was cutting my hair but man today was not good.

My experience at Floyd’s is the best. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and have two of my favorite stylist here. They are Sabrina and Jasmine. Not only do they have great hair cutting skills they are super friendly and easy to talk to when getting hair cuts. That’s makes the whole experience more better. I feel welcome when I come and I always leave with a fresh cut. They specialize in very stylish haircuts. I will continue to come herThe place is great keep up the great work staff!
