45 minutes after my appointment started, I still hadn’t even been informed how long it will be until I would be in a chair. It wasn’t until I left that someone came running out to say something. I would understand if the shop was busy but it was not. I word retail in the same mall and understand how clients should be treated and handled. I will not be going back to this location. Go to Ellicot City. WAY BETTER.

I came in for a haircut for my son and I on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted with someone who asked if we had an appointment. I said no. Every chair in the place was empty. He told me that they were all booked up. From the looks of the prices they had displayed. They just lost out on about $100 for 2 haircuts. Why do people schedule such expensive haircuts? They usually only take about 10 minutes. I’m going anywhere else next time. I think I’m going to Del’s , much better place and they are friendly.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Floyd’s now for a couple of years. Each time I go, which is about every two months or so, the staff seems more and more blah. I’ve used the same barber there since I found the place. But each time I go there, that person seems even less interested in cutting hair or being at work than the last time I was there. Maybe it’s time for that person to find a new job or for me to find a new barber; or even better yet, Floyd needs find a way to improve morale around there. I know I shouldn’t expect much from a mall barber, but I’d probably get the same quality from a super cuts. Plus, the music has gotten worse at that place. Sadly, I’m out.

Got 2 stars for fitting me in. The barber couldn’t even do a correct fade. Asked him to only take a little off the top and he tried to freehand it! I ended up going home and fixing it myself. Will never go back. There may be better stylists/barbers there but I wouldn’t risk it for $29.

Just horrendous. The stylist I had had no clue what they were doing. The cost is not worth what this place offers. This is clearly a business that needs to leave. Time to shut the doors and allow real salons and barber shops to be in our beautiful state. Absolutely horrendous from cutting ability, ambiance, Customer service. Just trash

I’m from virginia beach and had haircuts done there from several barbershops. I only had one barber thats really GOOD!! But he moved to cali!! AnD I’ve been to this place called the stache shop in chesapeake, but the awesome barber that work there, i think moved or opened his own shop sumwer. And now at Floyd’s 99 at annapolis, I would say one of the barbers there, name is Quintin, beats the two and the other barbers that I had before. Keep up the great work, Quintin!!
