I frequent this location due to their intense commitment to customer satisfaction. I had my hair cut by another stylist and I wasn’t completely satisfied although the customer service was great. I called in and spoke to John and he set an appointment same day for another stylist to address my concerns without hesitation. John and Mandy C (stylist) have reaffirmed my loyalty to this location and I will be returning again.

I came in with no expectations because I haven’t seen a barbershop in town for a while… The experience was great the guy that cut my hair was named John and the staff was very nice about coordinating my haircut. It definitely costs my haircut is a standard haircut which is $29.99 and then they want to sell you the cream and the hair gels which is probably going to put you out another 20 or $30 so you’re looking at about spending 60 70 bucks… I definitely recommend the place they definitely know what they’re doing my hair looks great and that’s all that matters!!! I’ll be making my appointment every 2 weeks with John

I had been growing my hair out for a long time. Unfortunately, I thought I could pull off long hair and a mustache, but after the third fast food employee thought I was a woman, I knew it was time. But then I thought, “Who can I trust?” Before I had been laissez-faire enough to let my own mother cut my hair, or even worse, SPORTS CLIPS (decent enough experience tbh). After a recommendation from a particularly good looking friend of mine (Mac), I decide to take a chance on Floyd’s. I did a walk in haircut and let fate decide what would happen with my hair. I don’t know if I lucked out or if I built enough good karma, but Ivan did an INCREDIBLE job cutting my hair. I was indecisive and wanted conflicting things (shorter, but don’t touch it kinda deal/keep it long on the back, but also no mullet?); in this regard, I apologize for being the worst of the worst haircut clients (a walk-in who doesn’t know what they want). Amazingly, Ivan maneuvered my confusing preferences with tactful precision and produced one of the BEST haircuts of my life, while still creating a friendly and collaborative environment. My life has improved significantly since this haircut. Girls talk to me more. My performance in the gym improved. My doctor said I am medically 5’11” and 3/4″. I have better relationships with my friends and family. Truly a landmark event for me. Thank you Ivan.
