Thuy is a very gifted stylist. She effortlessly does superb work. She’s also very kind and approachable. She is the best I’ve ever seen at her job. I have extremely difficult hair to cut. It is very thin and easy to mess up. I have had some trauma over the years of barbers and hair stylist messing up my hair. I have no worries when she has the scissors or clippers in her hands.

I’ve come here twice now, and I’ve worked with Nick both times. The second time visiting, I brought my five year old son with me. The results have been great both times and he did a great job on my son’s haircut. I had a conversation with him my first visit and just listening to him explain things like how quickly hair grows, etc. makes me feel privileged to have him as as stylists. He is clearly invested in his craft, and takes pride in his work. I watched him meticulously cut stray hairs on both my son and I’s heads before he finished the job and I’ve never seen another stylist show that degree of precision and commitment. I hope that you all pay him well because he’s top-notch!

This was my first time at this location. I had bad luck here. The stylist was unskilled and came off as dim and grumpy. The cut was liveable but far from good. I’m getting it cleaned up elsewhere. I have had great experiences at other Floyd’s locations, but the stylist I saw here was bad.
