We’re getting married in two weeks and we’re being extra COVID-cautious, so we just called ahead to ask if the hair stylist could wear a mask, explaining why. They gave us sass, and told us the stylist didn’t need to, and would not be wearing a mask, and offered us to cancel if we wanted. Needless to say we did cancel, but it’s really unfortunate they did not respond graciously & seek to accommodate us in this small and reasonable way before our wedding. If you care about treating people’s legitimate COVID concerns with respect, this isn’t the place for you.

I have been getting my hair cut at Floyd’s since 2017 and have never thought twice about coming back each time. The prices are very reasonable and all the staff are great. I especially recommend this shop for non-male identifying folks who get very short haircuts! My standard haircut has extremely short buzzed sides (000, the shortest it can get) and nearly every shop I’ve been to has had some dude who doubts my knowledge in this area, or outright refuses to give me that cut. I have never had a barber at Floyd’s question me about it! Short wait times and a cool atmosphere are also pluses. Great talent, great service, and great vibes! My partner and I both got great haircuts today from Tori! They listened to what we wanted, gave a some pointers when asked, and gave us both cuts that look awesome for a really reasonable price. We loved that we could book ahead of time though it has the feel of a regular ol’ barber shop, the kind that usually do walk ins only. We’ll definitely be back!
