Absolutely amazing staff, wonderful services and the best experience you could ask for in a spa day. Alcohol is served and lunch or light bites are available as well. So I called to book and expressed my concerns that I’ve had bad massages in the past and the reviews online are mixed and wasn’t sure what to do. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. My massage was fine. I paid for an 80 minute deep tissue massage. I got an 80 minute relaxing massage. I’ve had massages all over the country and I would say this one would be good if you just need to relax. I was hoping for some deeper therapeutic work. My therapist told me, “It may not feel like I’m doing deep tissue, but I am.” That’s a pretty big red flag. Perhaps I should’ve gone to a sports medicine massage therapist instead of a spa. The spa is very clean and robes feel lovely. They do have the nice heated massage tables, though my face rest was a bit worn out, so I could feel the metal frame more than I’d like. My therapist was nice and the receptionist was nice. I was disappointed that 20% gratuity is included; at that point it isn’t gratuity it’s just the price of the service. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get pampered, this is a good destination for you. I was looking for some serious massage work, so I’ll be going somewhere else next time.

The ambiance and my massage experience was fantastic. I got the Lavender Dreams massage and I would certainly recommend it for a relaxing spa experience. It’s not an intense relief massage but it delivers on relaxation and even came with a complimentary champagne or wine selection. My only gripe about my massage was there was a scalp massage and face massage, which while they were spectacular the masseuse moved straight from my hair to my face without washing her hands. That’s a huge no no, to rub hair oils and sebum all over someone’s face. I went to wash my face immediately afterward. That was my only complaint from my experience from a skincare perspective but overall fantastic.

Highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for an amazing prenatal massage and facials! Tampa was my masseuse and she was phenomenal, she was cautious yet delivered amazing gentle but firm care to the places I was feeling stress and tightness due to typical aches and pains of being 26 weeks pregnant. You can also order cute little cheese/fruit platter and a sweets platter which is the perfect touch to a relaxing spa day.

My fiance and I went to get a couples massage to celebrate the end of a very long year of teaching and for Father’s day, and can’t wait to go back for our next massage. The waiting area was so peaceful with water and tea to drink while waiting. My masseuse was Evie and she was able to target all the areas I told her I was feeling pain in. My fiance had Rebecca Neary who he said was great as well. After the massage they give you complimentary champagne or sparkling cider and you can relax in the waiting area. Then you can spend as much time at the indoor or outdoor pools for the rest of the day, hopefully next time the hot tub will be working.
