I brought my 15 y/o daughter here for the first time. The customer service was exceptional especially by Jasmine. She reduced the price because the shampoo lady didn’t attempt to roll my daughter’s hair and explained to me the next time the price may be increased. I really appreciate her explaining the price structure. Her attentiveness, multi-tasking, and management on a busy Saturday morning exceeded expectations. We will be returning.

I have been coming here for years and the service is good. All except the shampooing and blow dry if you don’t get the roller set. The shampoo ladies really need a lesson on shampoo and combing hair. Hair is yanked and pulled with no technique used. Wide tooth combs should be used but there not. If you do hair you should know to first comb from the bottom not the top for tangles. I have seen ladies neck’s pulled and sink’s full of hair on the comb from the pulling. No one goes to the hair salon to lose hair while in the shampoo bowl.

Very pleased about the outcome and the results. A.Nicole braided my hair with gentle hands and professionalism along the whole process. Her talent truly shows in her hairstyles. She walked me through the steps and how to maintain the looks. She handled my fine hair with easy excepted the challenge and Prevailed with this Awesome style. So I have been going here for over 7yrs but over the years service has gotten worse and worse. I went yesterday to get a blow out which used to be $40 but is now $50 I guess despite the advertisement on the front window. Then the girl at the front desk so concerned with getting her hair done and flat ironing her tracks that she “required” payment upfront (never had to pay a stylist before the service was provided). Then they roll your hair in whatever size rollers they choose (jumbo) to roll larger sections of hair but if you have thick hair like mine it doesn’t dry all the way. Then the stylist just decided she wanted to bend my ends because to her that’s what “a little curly” means. Needless to say I’m done with this place.

I have really dry hair and I’ve had salons that use no moisturizer at all or way too much. They used the perfect amount so that my hair still has some body.The front desk assistant and lady who washed my hair were both nice and professional.The lady who styled my hair was professional. She didn’t do a great job of communicating where I was going next (go to the dryer, from the dryer back to her chair, etc), but she did a great job with my hair which matters most to me.I will go back to this salon because the end result is good. I had my first service this morning as a walk in. They were all friendly and we discussed prices before we got started. I initially wanted a blow out but the washer recommended a roller set which was cheaper. I have fine hair so the roller set worked better for my hair type. Considering I didn’t have an appointment, the service was fast.

Horrible. Went there for the first time to get my hair silked pressed… didn’t even get the silk press because the person was not there so I ended up getting a blow out. The wash process was very rough and they added something to my hair cause my hair has not been the same since. Keep in mind, I have been natural my whole life and have not put heat on my hair in years and now my curl pattern is messed and my hair is not reverting back. I don’t know what to do and honestly I just want my money back. 100 dollars for a blowout that didn’t last two days and ruined my hair. Do not waste your time here, if you are a natural hair girl. I say go to someone who won’t damage your hair and knows how to deal with it. I have learned my lesson!
