Critical: ProfessionalismI went in on Monday to try see if they took walk-ins and was told they were booked, despite the fact there wasn’t a single client in and the stylists were doing each other’s hair. I was told by the owner to come back the next day. I made an appointment online and took off work to come at noon the next day. When I got there for my appointment, no one was there, the lights weren’t on, and the doors were locked. There was another lady there who had been waiting for 45 minutes for her appointment at 11:30. I tried to call but the voice mailbox was full. I left a message on Facebook and have yet received a call, text, or Facebook message explaining what happened or an apology. That is no way to run a business and they obviously don’t appreciate their clients. I am very disappointed.
