Critical: ProfessionalismI went here back in May to get my hair done for prom by Buffy. I went in at my appointment time and they didn’t even have me down but allowed me to get it done anyway. I was told my hair would only take about two hours- I was there for five hours. I gave instructions on what I wanted done and even showed a picture just to be told “ you need highlights”. As I was waiting for my hair to dry, the ladies were talking about another ladies weight which is unprofessional and rude.
