I haven’t gone to a nail salon in since before the pandemic so I was happy to be able to go get a proper pedicure and manicure! All of the ladies were wonderful and the spa was clean and welcoming! Lisa and Lynne both did an amazing job on my nails and it was very relaxing and reasonably priced! I also had a cut under my nail from work and when I told Lisa about it she was very gentle with it so I wouldn’t be winceing Everytime she touched it!!! Will definitely be my new go to spot to get my nails done from now on!

No appointment, but I was able to walk-in around 5pm in a Thursday for a gel manicure. Rosa was my technician, and I thought she was pleasant, professional, and careful in her work. Very happy with the final result. It was a little pricey (about $37), but for the beautiful facility and relaxing atmosphere, I will definitely be treating myself to a future visit.

This place is a joke …it’s nice and cleanish per say , yes they use liners and make you wash your hands which is great however nail polish selection is limited , techs aren’t experienced or maybe my wasn’t . I got a full set and a dip and my nails looked awful …so bulky and not smooth …93 dollars later plus pedicure i won’t be going back …

I’m so disappointed. My friend and I walked in last week for 2 dip powder manicures. I have been getting dip powder for about a year now and it always lasts me 2-3 weeks with minimal chipping. By the end of the day, I already had one nail chipped. Within 4 days, 2 nails are chipped. My friend said the same. AND the service was $49, which is about $10 more than anywhere I’ve ever been. I will not go back to Floris.

There’s no standard for the quality of the work and very little concern for the customers. My first and only time there, I went in to get one broken acrylic fixed since they were the only salon that was still open that evening. Before the nail technician started to polish the nail, I could easily see that the nail that she fixed was much larger than the rest of the nails and had a completely different shape. When I asked her to shape the nail so it matches the size and shape of the others, she told me that it wasn’t possible to make it look like the rest. I suspect it was because the nail salon was closing soon and she could care less that I had one nail that looked horrible. Why would you agree to do the work and start fixing the nail if you didn’t have enough time or patience to do it properly & then let a customer pay for unfinished work?! I didn’t want to argue (I hate confrontation), so I paid her the $10 and had to go to A&J Nail Salon the next day and pay another $5 to get the nail shaped and re-polished. Surprise, A&J made the impossible possible and shaped the nail to match the rest. I know it’s only $10, but I feel like she stole from me since she had no intention of completing the job properly. I realize that she was only one of the nail techs there, but sometimes you are only as strong as your weakest link. I will never go there again.

I tried this place for the first time and will definitely be coming back! I used a groupon deal for a pedicure and then upgraded to a spa pedicure for an extra $15 and it was so worth it! I also downloaded a punch card through flok to use for extra deals and rewards! The spa pedicure was great my feet are baby smooth and the hot stone reflexology felt great! I also got a gel manicure and told my manicurist that my gel usually peels in a week. She took extra care to make sure I cured the gel extra long and did thinner coats of polish with more curing in between coats. Both my nails and toes look absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly, the environment is beautiful, spa like, clean and chic. No chemical smells or feeling cramped. I highly recommend requesting JULIE! She took excellent care of me and I’m sure she will do the same for you!
