THEY MADE ME BLEED! The cuticle nipper was dull, so she could not cut my cuticles. I told her and she yelled at me in Chinese. She also painted ON my skin. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I booked an appointment the day before for two pedicures, when I walked in and gave them my name and told them the appointment was for two people, they rolled their eyes at me and huffed and puffed. Just lost a long time customer. I booked an appointment the day before for two pedicures, when I walked in and gave them my name and told them the appointment was for two people, they rolled their eyes at me and huffed and puffed. Are you kidding me? How was that attitude even remotely justified? What did I do wrong? Doesn’t even matter at this point, I walked out and will never return.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityA little pricey but the pedicures are worth it. Very relaxing. A couple of new staff since covid. I do miss the old staff that left since covid, but can’t blame them. This was my first time going there I love the pedicure. They did an amazing job. I wish I would have just stop there. However I decided to do a manicure and a simple French manicure and yet it came out horrible she did not seem to know what she was doing I wanted to add tips to even out the nail and she cut the nails with out measuring them to the same size. And the price I paid for this horrible nail were insane. They were very overpriced for manicure and for it to be poorly done Is terrible. I would say only go if you want your feet done.

I’ve been there a couple of times and they are not good at all. I got a Uv gel full set that started coming off 2 days after getting them done. On another occasion my friend who was visiting wanted to get her nails done, and we walked into Floris. I asked for the price and the lady that wears the white coat, sits pretty close to the windows (maybe 3rd or 4th chair) said to me “for you or for her.” We left, because it was extremely overpriced, but what does the person whose getting the service have anything to do with the price???

I had a great experience at Floris as a first time walk-in. I was greeted with warmth and treated with courtesy. Claire gave me a very clean and meticulous gel fill-in. A pleasant surprise was the shoulder and hand massage I got as part of the service. Floris may not be the cheapest nail service around but the quality of the service, the extra massages, and the pleasant, friendly attitudes of the staff provide added value. I’m so glad I gave Floris a try!

Worst nail salon ever. Decor is very nice and place is clean but the customer service is horrible!! I had a gel manicure, color was perfect. 4 days later I noticed the polish turned yellow. I went to the salon and they had no explaination as to why the color changed. They did a polish change for me but still charged me $15! First they wanted to charge me $20 and I said it was ridiculous because it’s only been 4 days and there is no reason that the color should change on its own. The best they said they could do is $15. I paid the money and left. Never again will I go to this place! Absolutely horrible service.

Got a terrible pedicure here. The girl was very rough so instead of having a relaxing experience it was the opposite. She was rushing through it and did a sloppy job painting my nails…I had to come home and remove the excess nail polish that was on the skin outside the toe nails.

This was my first time here. I paid for a Gel Manicure, but I did not get a proper mani. They began by filing, buffing and cutting my cuticles dry. They were not soaked in no water, she didn’t even apply oil before she cut them, absolutely nothing! I naturally have a lot of cuticles, and it has to be properly cut l. I still have so much cuticle leftover that my nails look like I need another manicure after getting this one. My nails aren’t shaped they way I wanted, she even forgot to file one hand after the gel was applied and the polish, lol was poorly done. I will never be spending any other dime here.
