I wouldn’t recommend this place to a six-legged dog who’s dying of rabies!!! Horrible customer service!!!! First of all my work was mediocre 2 consecutive times, but because I wanted to patronize the local nail salon who had so many obviously FABRICATED reviews, I decided to give them another try. Upon the completion of each service I left a generous tip and was offered the opportunity to have another service with Tammy, but today I was turned away for no apparent reason besides DISCRIMINATION. They’re beyond ghetto as to why I even witnessed a fight between all of the employees one morning, yet I still ignored their barbarically unprofessional behavior. Every time I come to this salon I’m the only person of color who’s present and somehow I’ve been treated like a piece of trash on the street in comparison to the treatment I have seen others recieve nevertheless what I’m use to receiving at other nail salons. I tried to ignore their behavior in the past in effort to give them one last chance to rectify the situation, but today when I arrived and they LIED by telling me to wait as a walk-in followed by informing me that there’s no appointments available for the day which was another blatant LIE…I had no other choice but to let the universe know how horribly ridiculous this place of “business” is!!! As you see from the photo I’ve attached the salon is completely empty with at least 4 technicians who are currently available. Do not ever give this garbage representation of a so-called nail spa not even a second of your time nor a penny in your pocket. HAPPY NAILS on 23rd Street is a much better location….clean, great personalities, and polite!!! Not a little trash box full of angry employees like you will unfortunately experience at Florida nails. Thank me later!!!

I have been going to Florida nails for years and even followed my nail tech from another place. Go see Moon! She is sweet as pir and very good at her trade. I just tried Opaque powder on top of my nails, and I love them! Her husband Tommy is very good and so is Tammy. I had Lilo once and she did a great pedicure!

This place is amazing. Like with anywhere I have my own nail tech I always use which is Moon and her husband Tommy they are both amazing people and truly care about you as a person. I always text her to get in and if she is unavailable Tommy will do mine and . When they are both off she will text Tammy and make it happen. Everyone in the establishment is very nice , polite and caring . I just want to thank Moon for all she does to go above and beyond to help me. Y’all deserve 10 stars but a 5 is the highest. And thank you Tammy my nails are amazing

Absolutely loved this place, they took me right in as a walk in and they were fast and did such an amazing job. I use to go to another nail place in Lynn haven that was very rude and very rough every time I came in. This will be my new favorite spot. Very welcoming and clean establishment, unfortunately didn’t get the guys name who did mine today but absolutely loved his work he did exactly what I wanted.

Scammed! They took advantage of my shy teenage daughter and put gel on after not asking for it and was charged $10, then when asking about it their solution was to have her sit back down take it off and repaint her nails. Seriously who has time for that! And pedicure wasn’t relaxing at all, even upgraded for the 45 minute one which took 20 minutes and when she was supposed to massage my legs all she did was slap them for a minute.

This place is a rip off, price gauging establishment. Took my granddaughter to get a simple manicure, the price is posted as $20 dollars, we asked before we started the manicure. After the manicure when I went to pay the lady said $35 dollars. Wait a minuet she did not get any nails just a manicure 20$ that’s what the sign said and she asked you before you started. So in other words you gave yourself a 15 tip for a 20$ Job. What a ripoff con artist you are.!!
