Natalie’s dedication to her craft is completely inspiring. I came in with a botched bob that was way too dark due to someone lying to me about putting semi-permanent dye in my hair when it was really permanent and a bunch of hair screw ups over the course of the past few years (bad hairdressers, hair loss due to illness, etc.). I was so unhappy and felt so unattractive due to my hair and a skin problem I’ve been going through. I wanted to get my confidence back so I went to see Natalie so that I could at least have hair I was happy with. She worked on my hair for a total of 18 hours over the course of two days (12 hours one day and 6 hours the next). I also work long hours like these and know how difficult it is to stay awake and focused while also doing your job to the best of your ability. Natalie inspired me to do my work better because she was extremely focused and attentive to detail throughout the entire 18 hours. She is so dedicated and passionate about hair and making women feel beautiful. She didn’t settle until my hair was completely perfect. She took the extra time to fix my color and blended it with the extensions flawlessly. She also didn’t charge me anything to come back the second day to fix the color and put another bundle of hair in even though it took her an extra 6 hours. She made my natural hair blend in with the extensions so well despite my hair being curly and dense. People can’t even tell that I have extensions. I now have my confidence back thanks to Natalie’s hard work, dedication, and passion. I admire her greatly and think about her fondly every time I look in the mirror and feel great about the way I look. I can not recommend her enough. Thank you Natalie!

I was one of Natalie’s first clients about 12 years ago. She is so talented and takes your hair and turns it into a work of art! Natalie crafts the extensions into an undetectable beauty treatment. Perfectionism describes her totally. She gives total attention to each and every single strand. I always come away feeling more confident and pretty. They are so comfortable I forget the extensions are there. As a person she is kind and strives to do her best for you making sure your hair is perfect every time. And I have nothing but great things to say about Natalie. This was my first time getting extensions and I did a lot of research of what I wanted but I was honestly nervous about getting it. Natalie was available for me and was able to answer my 100000 questions I had. I was certainly “lucky” to get her. Consultation went well and she knew exactly what I wanted and also she knew what I needed. (Sometimes what we want is not necessarily a good idea, especially if you have no idea about hair and what’s good for it). She is very knowledgeable and I knew she can do what I what I was looking for. Fast forward to today, I am sooooooo happy with the results. It looks sooo natural. I was nervous about it at first in terms of maintenance and , but she is available for any questions or concerns I have, and I truly appreciate that soo much. First time she did my extensions, she was very professional. I was very happy. Second time, things were drastically different. She came to my home to do them which worked out great for both of us because she moved and was now living only 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, she was very distracted with personal issues and kept having to stop. Half way through the day she broke down crying and needed me to drive her to the bank and pay in full in cash (with half my head undone) because of overdraft fees occurring in her bank account. She said she needed to place orders for hair for clients she had the next day and couldn’t unless cash was deposited right away. I really felt sorry for her, so I put a hat on and rushed her to the bank, paid in full with a generous tip. Yes, I am a sucker for people in distress. But, now after thinking about it, I’m not even sure if the crying wasn’t just an act. I just felt like the day (which turned out to be a long day) was very stressful. Getting your hair done should be relaxing. And if you’re going to charge ultra high end prices, you shouldn’t cheapen the experience by burdening your client with your personal crises. I do wish her well though. Oh and one more thing, she had me order extra hair that I really didn’t need and now she won’t mail it to me. She says it’s in her contract. So, lesson learned, keep proper boundaries with your stylist. The same girl who cried in my kitchen and desperately needed my help won’t give me the time of day now that I’ve asked for the extra hair back. Peace everybody. Be smart.
