I come here very periodically for light treatments and I always feel welcomed. The front staff are super nice and friendly. The nurse Practitioner Lily is AWESOME! If you want to see some one who is thorough, you need to see her! I also have seen Dr Flores and he is very professional and takes his time describing diagnoses with me and what I can do to improve my skin care. The medical assistants are a great help when you need a reassurance of what the doctor informed you. I love this office.

From the first moment you come into the office and speak to the two young ladies in the front desk, is an extremely friendly and professional staff. I was late to my first appointment and the young ladies made me feel to comfortable and were so very nice after my arrival so stressed up. Then the nurse invited me to one of the rooms were with the most up to date equipment she ask me a series of pertinent questions and I was so happy I did not need to fill another two pages of medical history. Finaly Dr. Flores came into the room and with a very friendly and professional attitude, he listen to me, examine me and I was done with my visit feeling very good about my check up and the amazing staff. It was like going to a Spa. It was that enjoyable. Highly recomend Dr. Flores and his complete staff. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience for a Doctor’s visit. Cheers.

I don’t know where to start. I have called over and over again to discuss a bill. Although I gave them my new insurance and they assured me they would charge it, they did not. They billed my old insurance company. So of course, the service was declined. After chasing them down with numerous calls (because they don’t call you back) I finally get a woman named Alex tell me she will fix it all and not to worry and I don’t owe anything. She never fixed anything. But what they did do was continue to bill me $350.75 since 10/31/2019. By the time they finally charged my new insurance (roughly 6 months later and in a new year), it was declined. I hav called and left them nice messages, begging messages, threatening messages to take them to small claims court…just to get a call back or an email or something! Nothing. They just keep sending me a bill every month for 2 years. Incompetence is not what I look for in a doctors office and this is now bordering on criminal behavior and harassment. My next move is to contact the American Board of Dermatology and to go to small claims court and file so the doctor has to either appear in court or pay for an attorney to do so. For $350. It’s more on principle at this point. And to make matters worse? They did a terrible job and I have a bad scar despite the silicone strips I used. There are so many Dermatologists. I go to a great one now. Why go to a crook who ignores you and does a bad job?
