I am SO grateful to have found Floreana on my trip and I am even more grateful that I was able to get a mani pedi appointment! The environment is to swoon over and all of the technicians are kind, welcoming, and clearly have a wealth of experience. I was impressed with both of my services and was specifically impressed with the attention to detail and level of attention that was given to the polish! I noticed all of the tools were single use and they opened new ones for each client. I chose the dazzle dry and absolutely recommend it! I hope to come back the next time I’m in town!

Quite possibly the most professional and well run nail salon I have ever been to! The service was impeccable. Location is gorgeous and very clean. Manicure and pedicure were meticulous and detail oriented. Worth it!!

The place is very tranquil, minimalistic and pretty. However, I will never go back. The service was the same I have gotten from good technicians elsewhere in the area. There was nothing that caused them to stand apart except for the decor and some dried rose petals in the water. I told the front desk that I wanted tin roof chrome polish and she pulled out a polish that she said was similar color. Once I was seated and 15 mins in my treatment the technician told me that the salon does not have chrome polish at all. I was disappointed but okay with using regular gel polish. In the future, please tell me from the beginning. When I went to check out—- the gel manicure was $55. For a strip mall nail salon, I thought this was very expensive. $45 for the most basic gel manicure and $10 to remove prior gel. Due to the cost and nothing special service- I will not go back

The owner recommended a product I hadn’t tried the first time called Dazzle Dry and it’s incredible, my nails were completely dry in a matter of minutes. I usually mess up my nails by the time I have to get the wallet out to pay but this product has allowed me to be carefree, I’ve gotten gas, washed dishes, cooked and they still look great (photo with white background is from day 4).Giuli was my technitian and I was really happy with the results of her service, she noticed my skin is sensitive and treated me accordingly. 5-star experience two times in a row! I went to Floreana this week for a second time to get a non-toxic mani and pedi and loved it. The owner recommended a product I hadn’t tried the first time called Dazzle Dry and it’s incredible, my nails were completely dry in a matter of minutes. **New to the area and decided to try it.** 1st off, the service was great the nail tech was good and did a great job on my nails. The big issue is the CHAIRS! While they are beautiful and add to the look and feel of the nail salon, they are horribly uncomfortable. You also keep your foot in a position that is pointed and it kills your ankles once you are done. Very nice salon, but the chairs for a pedicure are totally not worth the look they have. I would return if they changed the chairs.

Floreana Nail’s did an amazing job. I had Nancy as my Nail Tech and she was through & gentle with my dip manicure & pedicure. Nancy was very sweet & highly skilled. This place also has a great ambiance. I was even given a complimentary yummy passion fruit tea. Thank you to the Floreana staff for a lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I made an appointment over the phone for the first visit but they wanted my cc number to hold the appointment and I didn’t feel comfortable giving my cc especially to a place I’ve not visited before ! I went there but she wouldn’t want to have me because I didn’t give her my cc over the phone to reserve an appointment ???? The person on the phone said they charge you the full visit regardless if you make it or not that is the cancellation policy that’s why they only take people who leave cc on file. Well 1st of all as a new place and customer … you need to establish trust with someone !!! 2nd of all to deny me service although I got there as promised on the phone because if missing credit card on file ? I’ve never been to a place like that and definitely won’t come back ! That is pretty extreme for a nail salon !!! Shame on you to treat people like that ! Definitely terrible customer service !
