From the moment I arrived at this hidden gem, the door to enter was adorable and I was so kindly welcomed in. Iva is the sweetest! She was so friendly and made me feel like I had known her for years! The aesthetic inside was gorgeous and there are skincare products you could purchase if you want. The intensive facial was DIVINE and hands down the best facial I have ever received. I was so relaxed all the way through, and my face looked and felt amazing afterwards. The extraction process didn’t hurt at all, Iva was so gentle about it and constantly made sure to ask if I was okay. After answering all her questions about my skincare routine (pretty much nonexistent), at the end of my facial she recommended a new easy skincare routine for me, which I am so excited to start. My first experience at Flora’s cottage was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the moment I arrived at this hidden gem, the door to enter was adorable and I was so kindly welcomed in. I’ve had a few facials before and nothing compares to the facial I received at Floras cottage! First and foremost the atmosphere and environment here is unbeatable. You feel so relaxed and welcomed. Now the facial, I got the mini facial as a gift and the experience was incredible. Iva asked for a background on my skin, and routine which was appreciated and then thoroughly explained what she was going to do. The facial itself was the most relaxing thing ever. I almost fell asleep. Iva is by far the sweetest, most genuine person who really cares about your skin and giving you the best experience. I booked my next appointment the very next day. If you’re looking for a spot to get facials this is seriously it !!

This place is like a safe haven. Upon entering, you immediately feel like you’re in a different ZIP Code. The decor and style of her spa was warm, relaxing and so inviting. Iva was so excited to have us and immediately made us feel special. We hadn’t even began our services yet and we were already feeling happy and relaxed. My mom and I both received facials and Ivas interest in our skin and care throughout the facial was impressive. Her technique and facial/ scalp massages put me right to sleep. Not to mention all the products she used were organic and felt incredible on my skin. Highly recommend Iva and this whole experience!

Iva was so amazing from booking to the actual service and her shop is adorable. I haven’t had a facial in years and she took her time to get to know my face prior to her doing any treatments. Her products are top notch and my face looks and feels amazing after her intensive facial. I left completely satisfied and even booked my next appointment with her upon leaving! Definitely recommend!

Had a terrific facial at Flora’s Cottage in Ridgewood. The spa is beautiful and spotless. Felt like I was in Europe! Iva the owner gave one of the best facials, and really listens to your needs. I highly recommend Flora’s Cottage in Ridgewood. From the moment you walk in, your stress melts away in this clean, relaxing spa. You are greeted by the owner, Iva who is lovely. She thoroughly explains the facials and the products she will be using. I opted for the Signature Facial which was probably the most thorough facial I have had in years. I ended up falling asleep in the middle of it! If you are near the Ridgewood area, you will love your visit to Flora’s Cottage. I’m looking forward to my next Signature Facial.
