Definitely recommend! I’ve used wax & massage services so far, prices are great (there’s packages you can buy to save as well). Its a peaceful, quiet location for the city and there’s adequate, safe parking. Service is tremendously better than a wax business nearby that shall not be named. You may pay $10 or so more but it’s way worth the price! I would gladly pay more [& do tip!] for the attention to detail and kindness of the staff at Florasion. It is a smaller business and they provide a lot of time for each appointment so no one is rushed -that being said, schedule ahead! They do questionnaires beforehand as well, check your text or email, so you don’t have to worry about that at appointment time. I’ll be coming back for massages & waxing & will be using piercing service in the future too! Thanks Florasion!

The receptionist was really friendly. The back is very nice. Bed was clean. Room was peaceful but a little too warm for me. Bathroom was not the cleanest. The massage therapist reviewed my needs with me, and we came up with a game plan for the massage. The peppermint oil on the warm towels smelt and felt good, but the oil got on my nipples and irritated/burned them. The oddest thing about the massage was whenever I was getting my back massaged, Ally scratched at my back several times. I thought She was picking at my back pimples, at least that’s what it felt like. After the massage, I asked what she was picking at, and she told me during the session she discovered she had a hang nail. Very odd.

I was extremely pleased with the service that i received from Virginia today with regards to the 90 min massage. She was very professional and I felt completely relaxed throughout the massage and very much so afterwards. I would recommend her anytime and will also avail her service in future.

I got a refund on my Groupon. I called several times to make an appointment. I never spoke to anyone but left my information. I had 1 return call, that I was unable to take, from the spa. I called back and again was not able to talk to a person. I emailed the spa more than once but never received any response. Groupon verified that they were reachable. I have no idea why they were so unreachable for me. I was so looking forward to a massage. Oh well, lesson learned. One and done.

Ooh My moved here from Virginia beach, was worried about great service as I was used to. But Rebecca the owner put that to Ezz for me. My first service was her was a therapeutic massage. As soon as she touched my body she could tail what I did for a living outstanding outstanding results.

Rebekah was great. This was a very tranquil and relaxing experience. Felt great after the 90 minute massage and could have added longer to it. I need to be more frequent in getting a massage and will schedule soon. Very professional and very well clean. Just an overall great experience.
