Flora is professional, extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and offers amazing products for your facial. She took her time and addressed all of my skincare concerns, was a joy to talk to as I went through my facial, the massage was amazing, and I was completed relaxed and glowing by the time I left. I got regular facials in New York for years and Flora is one of the best estheticians I have ever had. Updating my review because i finally got to schedule a facial with their Groupon. It was very good and Flora was very knowledgeable and helpful. She definitely diagnosed my skin’s needs properly and made many great suggestions. She uses top of the line products that can improve your skin in the long run. My only problem was that it was hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to schedule the appointment but i was told to just leave a message and they will get back to you if no one answers.
