I love this cute studio. Shae is super knowledgeable and works with the body and spirit. She knew how I was holding onto a lot and not able to let go or receive. It’s challenging for me. We did the Rain Drop Massage to ground and center me. I loved that treatment. The other massages were to help with my tight hips and shoulders. This is a great place to release, let go and relax. Healing one appointment at a time.

I have a terribly messed up spine, fibro and problems with my joints. I usually get Botox in my muscles in my back, but I don’t feel like bothering with it right now. I decided to try massage. I was fortunate that Shae had a cancelation right before I called, so I was able to get in the next day. I have only done deep tissue massage. Shae was able to help my muscles stop the constant, painful spasm and relax. She told me to drink lots of water and soak in the tub after. It is feeling so much better! I think I need to continue the massage monthly, at least. Shae is very sweet, and she really knows her stuff!!
