Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy appointment was at 8:30am, last Saturday, my braider arrived late which put back my other appointments, and my braids are already so lose that I had to cut and take one out. My appointment was at 8:30am, last Saturday, my braider arrived late which put back my other appointments, and my braids are already so lose that I had to cut and take one out. Came for braids to start locs. Price was agreed to prior to starting hair based off of picture. Sizes were all different and a lot bigger than what she said she could do for the set amount. Edges were really small and the top and middle were just huge. I showed her the grid I wanted before starting and she did what she wanted. When I went back to show her that it was wrong she said they don’t braid like that. Why couldn’t she have said that before I wasted my money? Flora is no help either and they will argue you down that they are right. Don’t waste your time or money. Building is falling apart and dirty as well.

Got my hair done here two months ago all went well. I called today for a touch up on Saturday and was told they don’t do touch ups this weekend I had to come during the week. I said ma’am I can’t come during the week. So she pretty much refused my business because she i understaffed. I originally spent $160.00 at this place and now is being made to feel like my money isn’t good enough. Never again and I will let all my friends know how they treat customers at Flora African hair braiding.
