It was a pleasant experience and my first time in a float spa. The staff member was helpful, informative and courteous. I probably would have given it a 5 star rating if they were in a newer facility. Although it was clean and tastefully decorated the building itself is very dated and needs maintenance. Also it was not a complete water immersion experience because of the street noise.

I have tried many of the other competing locations across the valley and have become a regular at this float spa. Float Spa 19 is by far superior to other places due to the exemplary customer service and staff, pristine facilities, and overall calming experience. The staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating to me by providing me contact solution when I forget to take my contacts out before my float and Vaseline for any cuts I have. I have always left feeling incredibly relaxed and satisfied. Thank you so much Float Spa 19 staff for all your incredible work!

This spa is so nice and clean! The workers are so nice and accommodating. I came and floated before covid started and I remember they had these delicious snacks! I really like seeing all the sticky notes on the walls as well and their front desk people were quick and tidy.

Truly surreal experience. One of the best dates my boyfriend and I have ever had. We felt total relaxation and rejuvenation. Otherworldly experience that lets you separate your mind from your body. This is absolutely something everyone must try. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable before our float as this is something we’d never done before. Amazing atmosphere. We loved that you could change the setting of the lights in the pod and put stars on the ceiling. We were able to disconnect and then truly reconnect. Highly highly recommend!

I have tried calling this business several times to set up an appointment for services and can never get anyone to pick up the phone. Today, I tried calling 10 times at various hrs and got no answer or no voicemail. Whats strange is my daughter called 2 minutes after my last attempt and the phone was answered and she was told rudely they were closed and she needed to call to schedule an appointment and then was hung up on! The hours are listed as open today until 10pm.

Lovely experience. I was a first time footer and didn’t know what to expect. The place was very clean and looked up kept. The pod is in a private room with a shower. They give you sandals so you do t get you shoes set. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. There’s also a vanity area with Lotion hairdryer, qtips. They recommend you float Jude, but I’m sure you could bring a bathing suit. There is also a team room afterwards to have snacks and hydrate. The full hour didn’t start until you were in the pod. It was so relaxing, the time went by so fast!

This was my very first time floating and I will definitely be going back. I found a Groupon but honestly, it’s worth the price they ask for. Like others have mentioned, you’re really floating for about 45 minutes with that other 15 mins or so being allocated for showering. Regardless, it was well worth the experience and I’ll be coming back at least once a month.

It was magical and different!! Never experienced anything like this! My wife and I loved it and felt incredible during and afterwards!! We want to return asap! The staff was friendly and helpful, too.
