As a bigger person (350+ )I was hesitant about doing this as I felt it would be confining and that wasn’t the case at all. Very clean and the lady that went over what to do before we got in was also very helpful. My whole body feels better after 1 float and I definitely will be going back.

More of a 3 3/4 ! It was my first time, and a gift to myself. The Float was great, I’d recommend that you wear the least amount of clothing because you will be damp when redressing and it takes away from the experience of relaxation afterwards. However, McKayla (sp?) was awesome. She explained everything well. My only distraction was a repairman in the hallway. I didn’t get my tea after, nor my complementary salts. Otherwise, overall great experience. I plan to go back so that I will be able to give a 5 star rating.

Very clean environment. Friendly & personable staff. Actual float was phenomenal! The wave room was spacious & the lighting soothing. This was my first experience so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The prefloat instruction assured me that if a rest room break or a regroup due to any anxieties was needed that it could be done. I left feeling relaxed & without pain. I would highly recommend floating at the Lake Zurich location. I will most definitely be a repeat client!

Been wanting to try this for a long time… soooo glad I finally did. The most relaxed I’ve been in a very, very, very long time. I highly recommend it to anyone who is stressed, anxious, tension… I promise this will take it all away. The water is a very comfortable temperature, not too hot or cold.

Staff was very helpful in explaining the process. I believe his name was Gibson? Very sweet and open to answering any questions. They do not rush you. It was my first float and I literally left feeling like it was a brand new day. Would do again!

This was my first experience with floating – and I’ll definitely be back! The room was clean and warm, and the shower was just the right amount of pressure. The only complaint was that it seemed to take FORever for the hot water to come out of the shower. The front desk woman was very nice, and explained everything very well before my float. After getting myself “situated” in a good position, it was like floating in air! The tank was large and definitely NOT claustrobphia-causing. Once you “chill”, it almost seems you’re on a solid surface – but if you move around, it feels like zero gravity! I’ve been wanting to do this for many years – and now I’ll be back again and again.
