The salt room was exactly the healing and relaxing experience I needed. I’ve been battling pregnancy rhinitis for a few weeks now and finally feel much needed relief. The staff member was so friendly and greeted me with a warm blanket. The music selection was relaxing and provided me with the escape I needed. I cannot recommend this experience enough, especially to help combat the stresses felt during pregnancy!

Definitely not the private spa experience I was looking for. The spa is located in the basement of a renovated house which is shared with a gym. There’s no proper distinction between the two businesses. They’re intertwined.

Very good place. The staff was nice and positive. Very informative and the couples massage was cool because we got to float together in the same pod. I would recommend this place. Very nice people

Critical: QualityI am only giving this place two stars because the staff person that I met was nice….Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience.First, the photos that you see on the web are not current, they are pictures of the previous location, but you wont know that until after you arrive. The photo and short video on the website is current, but there is a reason you only see two rooms as those are the only decent looking areas, however when you have an in-person look at these rooms you will see major flaws. When I first entered, the atmosphere wasn’t ideally comforting to walk into, it gave me a uncomfortable questionable feeling like this wasn’t a legitimate Wellness studio. Though the staff was very welcoming, this was the first red flag. (this is in an basement and unfortunately has the look and appeal of one)I understand the idea of Float Into Wellness and it is a Great concept, but the atmosphere isn’t exuberant of that. Which is very unfortunate. But, since I paid in advance I decided to proceed hoping that my initial feelings would change. The scent of incense smells throughout the hallway and Salt Lounge, I am asthmatic and incense is a trigger and I did inform the staff. When I told the staff, she said that she will remove the burning incense from the Salt Lounge. …. But if you “know ” about incense it takes anywhere from 1 -24 hours for the smell and chemicals to leave the room. I do not understand why are they burning incense in the Salt Lounge prior to a client entering or burning it at all? And why is incense being used instead of essential oils. This was another red flag for me.Because Incense is known to contain carcinogens and irritants this works against the purpose of the Salt Lounge and can be health hazardous especially for asthmatics. I understand essential oils being used, however I have never visited any Wellness studio, center or spa that has ever used incense. ( Please keep in mind I called in advance and informed the staff that I was asthmatic). When it was time to me to enter the Float Tank my lungs were so irritated that I had to leave. I couldn’t relax and I had to take medication. I also informed the staff why i had to shorten my stay and leave.Upon leaving I started to notice the hanging sheets to divide areas instead of curtains or dividers. I asked how long they have been in the location and she said 4 months. They seemed pretty settled in and there isn’t a presence that they are under construction. Hopefully they will do renovations.I wish I was able to visit there previous facility maybe I would have had a different experience. As of now…It was a total waste of money on for me as this experience caused me more harm than good. I wasn’t even offered a refund or any compensation even though the I had to leave because of their incompetence.I am only giving this place two stars because the staff person that I met was nice….Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. …More

Went there for the first time and used the sauna and float room with my sister. Both sauna and float room were enough to fit 2 people very comfortably so i recommend a couples package if available. Services were great and very relaxing! Prices were reasonable as well. I want to try that salt room next. It looked very pretty in there! Courtney assisted us during our time there and she was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back soon!

I love the float tank, especially going in for either one or two hours to meditate. The experience of weightlessness is something everyone needs to do and Float Into Wellness provides a top tier experience!

This place was so nice! The float was an amazing experience I definitely will do again. The sauna is nice and personal, but the same as any other one. I did not try the salt room experience but walking into it on the tour made my head feel light so I’m sure there is some intense energy 🙂
