We went to use the sauna and salt room. Absolutely loved it. We never did the salt room before and it was so relaxing. Can’t wait to do a float. Have done the sauna and float at other places, so I’m looking forward to when I can do 1 here. I have issues with my adrenals and the float is great to help with the cortisol. So we will definitely be back.

This place is truly amazing! The selection of treatments they have is outstanding. I had the float therapy session and it was spectacular. As a business man and a doctor I understand the importance of being in an environment that you can be freed of everything. Float haven had that I had an hour of beautiful peaceful silence and I feel better than ever. The staff there is extremely personable and friendly, made me feel right at home!
