First time here. I heard great things about this place and what Floating can do for the body and mind. I thought this would be great for my daughter for her Anxiety, so I asked her if she wanted to try it and she was all for it. Made an appointment for both of us. When we walked in the place is nicely decorated with a perfect color of paint to set off the mood. Sarah and Bob both showed us the place and the pods and how they work and directions for us. After the tour and introduction, we went into own rooms to start the session. There’s a shower in each room to rinse off before and after with soap, shampoo and conditioner. We assured everything is sanitized after each use even a comb they have there if needed. I turn down the light in the room and entered the pod and closed the door and the water felt thick and soft. The soothing music low lights made it easy to relax. I know everyone is different, I had to change my position a few times due to anxieties I have also like my daughter but if felt so good to unwind. After I finished a rinsed and washed my hair. Went out to talk to the owners, my daughter came out and she was telling me how relaxed it made her feel and she wanted to come back as well and do it again. All in all this was a great experience and will come back. I have heard Sarah is an awesome Masseuse and may try the massage also.
