Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI LOVED my first experience with Float Brothers. The staff was very professional, educated, and helpful. Online booking is quick and easy, you can pick and choose your room and time if it’s available. The environment was clean, well kept, and organized. I never felt uncomfortable at any point. My body and mind feel amazing.I have heard people be skeptical about float pods because of the sensory deprivation, HOWEVER you can change just about anything you’d like. Don’t like their music? Play your own. Feeling claustrophobic? Open the pod. You can changed the color of the lights in the pod, or turn them off. Have a question mid session? Press the intercom button. You never have to leave the room and no one has to come in. There was a hiccup with my appt today and the staff was very accommodating and apologetic. Everything was fantastic. I urge you to watch the educational video on their website before going. Also don’t shave the day of, the water is salty from the epsom.They have a coffee, tea, and water station. One of a kind experience. I was skeptical going in I honestly did not think that sensation of floating in combination with low level sensory deprivation would be that relaxing. I will be the first to say I couldn’t have been more wrong. Absolutely the most relaxing experience I’ve had. I had an hour float and came out feeling more rested and relaxed than I ever feel from my daily sleep.

This was my first sensory deprivation experience. The owner was very friendly and helpful ensuring that I was knowledgeable about what to expect during the experience. I think the best way to describe it was “disorienting”. The owner said that was a perfectly normal reaction to the first float. It’s odd, time seemed to speed up for me. I was in the tank for 90 minutes and it seemed to fly by. Will I do it again? I’m still trying to figure that out. The experience was very relaxing if nothing else.

It’s amazing, simply put. With just 2 floats, I could tell where I hold stress within my body. I felt relaxed, light, pain-free, and flexible afterwards, each time. Living with the aftermath of having a brain tumor, Acromegaly, as well as a spinal tumor, and PTSD from combat, it’s a very good, healthy option for relief in several areas that may be bothersome for healing. Plus? It’s pretty cool! Highly recommended!

Incredibly disappointed. Im so sad I didn’t even get to experience my first float session today. Was told that veterans with PTSD could get free service. I made the appointment a month in advance and they told me all I have to do is bring the diagnosis paperwork to the appointment to prove with documentation.. i live 7 hours away. Then drove 7 hours to my appointment to get there for them to tell me they need to verify the doctor in advance, that I was supposed to email the paperwork and that I would have to pay for my appointment. Scam. Could not verify doctor in time for appointment. Terrible customer service especially for a company that boasts being owned by veterans and offering a veteran service. Having people make appointments in advance and ask specifics for instructions for my paperwork and them not be honored is a terrible business model.

She genuinely wanted to help me and ensure my experience was achieved at the highest level of service. I can’t wait for my next float appointment. I’ve visited several times now and I leave feeling so relaxed and less overwhelmed from daily life stresses. Michael, Candace and the rest of the staff are so sweet and welcoming. I remember my very first visit, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Candace was amazing an explained everything I needed to know. They have everything you need to make your experience AMAZING! I especially loved the floaty ring to relax my head on while I floated and let’s not forget the hair dryer they had on hand so I didn’t leave with my hair a hot mess
