I wished I could put 10 stars for this review.My hair is heavily processed (Blond) and I went in for full head highlights and Olaplex treatment. She worked on my highlights in a way that did not touch (damage) the ends of my hair. The roots and strands got very light where they needed to, and the ends were not processed at all. Flo Hair Salon is a new salon and was right down the street from me so I decided to give it a shot. I needed a full head of foil highlights, hair cut and blow dry. Danielle did any amazing job on my highlights and hair cut. She even curled my hair so I would look like the picture that I had originally referenced. I don’t normally write reviews but Danielle did an amazing job on my haircut and color. Flo Hair Salon is a new salon and was right down the street from me so I decided to give it a shot. I needed a full head of foil highlights, hair cut and blow dry. Danielle did any amazing job on my highlights and hair cut. She even curled my hair so I would look like the picture that I had originally referenced. Prices at this salon are reasonable and because I was a first time customer she gave me 20% off! Critical: ProfessionalismI never got as far as getting my hair done. I called and left a message. First the number on their website was forwarded to what I think was a cell phone with no message for the machine. It didn’t even have the same phone number for the answering machine as the one I called, so I wasn’t sure if it was actually the salon I left a message with. This was a Saturday morning during their business hours. Instead of a call back, I received a text message from another number asking what I was looking for. I’m young and I use texts for scheduling and things like that, but I still expect a call back from a business for an initial appointment with them. How do they know I’m calling from a cell and not a house line. So I can’t speak to their ability to do hair, they could be the best in town and I’ll never know but I can speak to professionalism and customer service and I wasn’t happy with it. Just another thing on a marketing standpoint, I’d recommend not using car selfies as your headshots for your website and put some actual background information on each stylist. What do the different levels of stylist mean? What does each person specialize in?
