Critical: ProfessionalismI called and made an appointment to take my son to get his hair cut FIRST time ever coming to this place,he makes an appointment for me at 5:30 so i go and im actually 15 minutes early show up at 5:15 and he is CLOSED!!! Critical: QualityI’ve been here twice with two different barbers and each time I asked for a low skin fade. Both times I’ve gotten it cut directly up to the top of my head bald with little to no fade. To make matters worse they trimmed off the sides of the top of my hair making it look totally unnatural and will have to grow out even longer to be fixed.I literally paid them to make me wear a hat. Super disappointed & embarrassed. These barbers need to learn how to do fades correctly to where it doesn’t effect the hair laying on the TOP of your head.Unless you want to be bald, don’t get a cut here. I’ve been here twice with two different barbers and each time I asked for a low skin fade. Both times I’ve gotten it cut directly up to the top of my head bald with little to no fade. To make matters worse they trimmed off the sides of the top of my hair making it look totally unnatural and will have to grow out even longer to be fixed.

Walked in for a haircut nobody acknowledged my presence at all which I understand when you are busy or doing something critical I sat down Sat there for about half an hour still no acknowledgement got up to take a phone call outside and when sitting in my car on the phone someone comes out to acknowledge me . I thought about it why would I go back in if they only acknowledge you when you leave.

No biggie…I asked if they were open today (Saturday) and the hours…he told me yes and to come back. Went back today, waited an hour and a half with one person in front of me!
