Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is the first time I am writing a review. I chose FLIRT SALON for my keratin treatment with so much of hope, as i was really very tired with my frizzy curls. I got appointment with Hailey on 03 Nov 2021. I clearly said that this was the first time i am doing keratin treatment and asked her to explain everything. She did explain me but i was not informed that my hair will not be straight after this treatment. Actually there was $100 off for keratin treatment but i was charged $350 saying that my hair needed more products. After 3 days i washed my hair with olaplex shampoo and conditioner (as referred). As i was air drying my hair i was shocked to see it back to the same condition as it was before the treatment. I immediately called them and the customer care specialist said that their manager will call me by end of the day ( 6 Nov). But I didn’t receive any call. So I called them back on 9 Nov. I got the same reply again. But this time Madeline spoke to me. She explained me that my hair will not be straight after the treatment but it will be frizz free. And also said that there was some mis communication between me and Hailey. But i said still my hair is frizzy as before then whats the use of the treatment. She said we don’t do cash back and offered me a free smoothing. Though i was not satisfied i said okay and wanted to show my hair to them and as she was so polite which was convincing. She asked me the appointment dates that was CONVENIENT FOR ME and booked it on 18 Nov. I showed them up on the day but i was said that Madeline was not able to make it today. The reason they said was acceptable and i feel very sorry for Madeline. But its also the responsibility of the salon to inform me about the appointment. I went home called them again and firmly said that i need to speak to the owner. I got a call again the same day from other manager Stephanie. She apologized on behalf of Madeline and I explained her everything that happened from the beginning. She was not interested in listening to me and said that she will get me in for smoothing on 24 Nov between 3 to 4 pm. She never asked me my time of convenience. And finally said that i can give u free smoothing treatment and IN FUTURE YOU CANNOT EXPECT ANY OFFER FROM US which was so annoying and disrespectful. I had nothing to speak with her at this point and asked her that i need to speak to the owner. She also hang up the call while i was speaking.In spite of all the issues i am so disturbed by the way i was treated by Stephanie. I don’t expect anything free from you. I have spent $350 so i need the result and you are responsible for it. Till now I didn’t receive any call from you guys. I lost all the hope and very much disappointed with flirt salon.
