i have curly hair and so im always nervous about hair cuts getting my hair cut from the horror stories i’ve had. i’ve gone about 4 times so far and i’ve never had a single complaint about my hair cut. colleen is my go to girl and she is extremely attentive, walking me through every cut she makes to help with my anxiety. the environment is amazing and always welcoming so i never feel uncomfortable, if you’re looking to switch stylists or salons i highly recommend flirt!

I came in with an online appointment for Collen (?) and they gave me Vada. I wanted to say I am very glad they gave me her. For my haircut and color I have been going for 7 months. She is a sweet bubbly energy person and she was great on cuts, and the color I did have to go through the way I do it but she was accommodating and nailed it. It is a sweet yet charming salon. Friendly vibe and vada was wonderful at putting me in when I needed it and chatting. I do recommend this place. And they love dogs too.

Flirt is a WHOLE vibe. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. First, I was able to book last minute (which is so great for my spontaneous self), and Colleen was so great! She was able to literally transform my hair. I walked in with patchy and hella damaged silver/lilac hair, and I walked out with even and beautiful silver/lilac hair. She was so friendly, and I 10/10 recommend!

Colleen is the absolute BEST stylist I have seen in years. I am normally really particular about who gets to cut my hair. After letting her give me a trim one time, I knew I had found the right lady. She is wonderful at her job. She pays attention to her customers and really tries to give you the look you are wanting. Also, she is very educated in her field and does a wonderful job at determining what your hair needs and how to land you the best results. She is worth every penny and then a $20 tip on top of it!!

Flirt is incredible. Been looking for a salon in Richmond that I vibed with for a long time and this place is a WHOLE vibe. Fun, funky, and personable. The staff is friendly and down to earth. Colleen is an incredible hair stylist who is very passionate about her work and is truly an artist. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home in her chair. I cannot wait to come back here again. They have a new a permanent patron.
