Flip is a neighborhood salon located in the heart of downtown Ferndale, MI, with a welcoming staff and warm, vintage atmosphere. We offer hair cuts, color, highlights, relaxers, styling and blow outs, as well as make up services, massage, facials, and waxing services. We use and sell Davines, Keratin Complex and Bona Fide products, as well as a medley of jewelry and other accessories.

I hadn’t done anything with my hair in almost 2 years, and within an hour I had the haircut of the summer. Kali is a creative person and very knowledgeable. She is always willing to listen to your ideas and will patiently answer all your questions. If you ask, she will offer her excellent advice. She’s taken me from coloring my hair, to highlights – to transitioning to it’s natural gray without any awkward stage. She’s given me the best cuts and style, treatments and blow-outs. Kali is consistent: always friendly, reliable, and does a meticulous job. She pays attention to detail, she is super talented and just a downright great lady.
