I’m glad I decided to choose this wonderful place to have a girl’s spa day! Once you enter, it feels like you’re being washed over with peace, positivity and tranquility!! We even met the owner who was super gracious. The spa is beautifully decorated and it makes you feel like you’ve entered into a different world. My girlfriends and I all had the Phillipine Hilot massage which came with a flower foot soak and tea service. The whole experience was amazing. At the end, my friend wanted to move into the establishment lol. All in all, great staff, great ambiance and especially great service. Will definitely plan to come here again!!!

Okay, YOU GUYS! This spa experience was THE BEST experience I’ve had in a long time! Anyone who has children and also work full time knows what I mean when I say I NEEDED this spa day! I wanted to treat myself to a wonderful spa experience for my birthday and I found Flic Spa online. After looking at way too many other NJ spas online that just didn’t cut it for me, Flic seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for. Other places offered nice sounding services and packages, but the pictures of those places lacked the luxury aesthetic that I was looking for (and SO deserved ).

Flic Spa was wonderful. Easy to make an appointment. Taken in on time. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The therapist I had was Lisa. She was very calming and on point with pressure and problem areas. Would highly recommend! (Also, no sales pitch or pressure to come back!)

Your search for an AMAZING Spa can stop here. This is the one, I promise you! I’ve been been here twice so far and I’m already planning my next appointment. Customer service is outstanding! The staff is amazing! They really take the time to listen to your needs and ensure you’re leaving better than you came in. If you’re looking to treat yourself or even daily massages to unplug from the world, mentally and physically this is a great spa. I highly suggest 90 minutes lol, if not you’ll be upset you didn’t treat your body longer

Went here last year and plan to go again soon. I don’t treat myself often enough but need to get into the habit of doing so. This place is relaxing from beginning to end. The owners made me feel so welcomed. During my massage I was given the history of how they started their business and where these massages originated. I would recommend this place to every and anyone. I’ve gone to a different location and let’s just say it was a one and done type of place.

Sad to have to leave this review but I have literally been calling this Bloomfield location for MONTHS. Left two voicemails and even sent an email all of which have gone unanswered. I had no idea the Cranford location was closed and found out on my own when I googled them one day. I had a spa series package that I prepaid for because it was something nice that I wanted to treat myself to. Only got to use two out of the three and before I could book my final session, covid happened. Fast forward to today…… after months of calling Bloomfield (and I mean literal months. I am more than happy to provide screenshots of my call logs.) I left two voicemails and the most recent thing I did was send an email ending of August if their number has changed because nobody was answering. None of my voicemails were returned to me (yes I called this Bloomfield location) and my email till this day has gone unanswered (yes I emailed this Bloomfield location). I finally reached out and spoke to an extremely nice woman named Viv and she explained Bloomfield was accepting Cranford location credit up until August 1st of this year. Well….. that would have been nice to know if anyone bothered returning my two voicemails I left well before that deadline. There was zero communication made about this credit acceptance period. No call. No email. Nothing. I live an hour away so it’s not like I can just pop in and ask in person what’s going on. I call and call and nobody answers. Yesterday was the first time in months of calling and leaving messages that someone picked up the phone. Viv advised me to call the following day when the owners were in to see if they could still honor the credit. The owner, which I’m assuming is Oliver I was speaking with, explained that the cranford location closed and how they are considered a separate company so there’s nothing he can do. So why were you accepting credit from Cranford for a short period of time if you’re “separate companies”?? Just admit that you don’t give a damn about doing right by a client instead of using the excuse of being separate companies. I spent good money and the closed location. Purchased two royal treatment services costing over $1,200 for my sister and myself. Even booked that same service again for her and myself in March 2020 but it was canceled due to shutdowns. Thank goodness I didn’t pre pay for that one. What I was asking for was having them honor the estimated $105 I already paid for for the final session of the series I prepaid for. I would have even been okay if he offered $50 off given the circumstances and that would keep me coming back. I get that covid ruined a lot of businesses but if you have customers willing to come back and they explain their story, how do you not offer to work with them to some degree?? I asked three times “there’s nothing that can be done about this?” And all he said was “people lost their jobs”. Okay I lost my job too you can collect unemployment and come out making more money compared to when you were actually working. What about the missing $100 and some change that I paid for and didn’t get service done? The day I got the royal treatment service done, their male masseuse told me about another spa he goes to himself and I looked it up and it looks amazing. Looks like that was a blessing in disguise because I found another spot to take my business to in the future. And lesson learned to never prepay for services because it’s clear they’ll just take your money and run when everything hits the fan. Crooks.

I have been to this spa several times. I absolutely love it. The raindance treatment is my most favorite. My skin feels literally like silk afterwards. Every experience I’ve had at this place has been fantastic.
