Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. My hair looks terrible, color is to dark and cut looks nothing like the picture I provided. I am going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Very unprofessional, I had to ask for a cape and I’m not sure if her tools had even been cleaned. Took the girl an hour to put color on my hair because she was to busy talking to everyone else.
