Positive: Professionalism, QualityI move all over the country for my husband’s job and Fleuresh is one of my favorite spas I have ever been to! I received deep tissue massages from Nicole that were the deepest and most restorative I’ve ever had. I used to be a massage therapist and its very clear she both knows human anatomy and is incredibly intuitive. I also received facials from Marissa that were not only beneficial for my skin but beyond relaxing. Every time I went I was given a customized and unique facial. She is very talented in the way she massages the face, head, and neck! The spa is beautifully decorated, the rooms perfectly lit, and the music and noise machine set up for ultimate relaxation. I move all over the country for my husband’s job and Fleuresh is one of my favorite spas I have ever been to! I received deep tissue massages from Nicole that were the deepest and most restorative I’ve ever had. I used to be a massage therapist and its very clear she both knows human anatomy and is incredibly intuitive. Amber and Marissa took great care of us and our experience was beyond wonderful. We were still talking this morning about how relaxing the foot massage was. Marissa even took us on a tour after to show us everything else they offer. I am already planning on coming back to try a massage and facial. I brought my mom here to get a pedicure as belated Mothers Day present. This was our first time at the spa. Amber and Marissa took great care of us and our experience was beyond wonderful. We were still talking this morning about how relaxing the foot massage was. Marissa even took us on a tour after to show us everything else they offer. I am already planning on coming back to try a massage and facial. Highly recommend!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI’ve had many excellent experiences here. Today, I went in for a massage (which was great) and was given the option to wear a mask or not – whichever I was comfortable with. I’m vaccinated but opted for a mask given the tight space. I was informed after my service was complete, however, that the unmasked person who performed my massage was unvaccinated. She did not offer to put one on at any point but again, did tell me to feel free to wear one if I wanted. I find it very alarming that a spa I’ve come to like and trust very much is not requiring masks OR vaccines for staff and is also not communicating with their customers about this decision. I’ve had many excellent experiences here. Today, I went in for a massage (which was great) and was given the option to wear a mask or not – whichever I was comfortable with.
