I had an appointment at this salon last week to do mani + pedi, lower leg wax, and eyelash extensions. This was my first time here, I just moved to the neighborhood and was hoping to find my long term salon. It took a lot of coordination to make this appointment, as I am a physician. Nonetheless i accolades for the block of time they needed to do all the services.

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with my service here. I feel like I got scammed. I went in for gel extensions and within 2 days, 3 of the nails had already fallen off. I called to see what could be done to fix the situation and I was told to come back almost a week later to have the 3 nails fixed. I wanted to have the whole set redone because I knew that the other nails would inevitably come off as well due to the quality of the work and they said I would have to pay full price. I did not end up going back because I do not have time to keep going back when the nails come off. I paid over $100 for the gel extensions and left a generous tip and within 4 days all the nails had come off and the quality of my natural nails was ruined. So I basically paid over $100 for them to ruin my nails.

This is day 2 after my manicure let’s just say STEAR clear of this place. They didn’t soak my nails in warm water solution and honesty I’m glad I changed my mind after arriving and seeing the pedi stations in this place, they look super sketchy and unkept. Doubt I’ll return and suggest you don’t even consider..
