Critical: ProfessionalismThe woman who did my nails was more interested in the story that was being told in the pedicure station than concerned with how my nails looked they were thick , uneven and wasn’t even completely polished. When I asked her if she could fix the polish she said yes. But when we sat back down at her station she was rude and said oh we do t put polish on your skin. I said the polish is missing from my nails. Oh well I’ll just have to start all over on your nails. No ma’am. I’m late already because it took 2 hours. And was charged 50.00. My gell polish chipped off my thumb within 24 hours. .lol they give me 5.00 off next visit. Maybe half off and I would come back but nah. Part of this is my fault for not staying with my daughter while she was getting her nails done,but her nails are extremely way to long and when my daughter told her that she told my daughter that it looked good looking good and being able to do daily task are two different things. The nail tech was on the phone the whole time and it took her over 2 hours to do her nails. This was suppose to be a birthday treat that went bad.

It’s family-friendly they were very fast but the work isn’t rushed the environment is amazing. I love love love the place. The sisters who do nails There are Unbelievable Talented. If your looking to get your nails done & want the best then you need to go to fleur de les ! Everyone that works here does such an amazing job! Sometimes I’ll just go in and let christina do whatever she wants and they turn out amazing! They also do pedicures, eyebrows, makeup by appointment and hair by appointment. Also the staff is great , so kind and very patient. I’m never rushed out , they take their time on your nails ( which I love !) I highly recommend stopping by , you won’t regret it
