My husband and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend in broken bow. He wanted to surprise me with a couples massage and called and booked an appointment 4 months in advance. They asked for a $75 deposit which he paid at that time. A week before the appointment, the spa confirmed the appointment via email. When we arrived for our appointment, there was 1 employee who said that she only did room cleaning for them and she had not seen any of the employees or the receptionist that day. She said that was unusual because they usually leave a note. She did not have a way to get ahold of anyone so she gave us a number to someone she claimed was the owner. When we called this person, she appeared flustered when we explained what was going on. She told us she would call her employees and she would call us back. We never received a call back. We sent an email asking for a refund, but we have yet to receive it. We hope that this BBB accredited business will make it right by at least refunding our deposit.

Incredibly friendly and relaxing massage!! My sister, mom and I came here while on vacation at a cabin down the road. I fell asleep during the massage and that NEVER happens to me. They offered spa facials as well, worth it if you’d like a relaxing treat while vacationing.

Each room has a private bathroom and shower room. There also is a Wine Bar, Boutique, Cupcake Shop, General Store, Donut Shop with food, snacks and drinks, and a patio with outdoor games. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWe booked the Couples Oasis package as a special rare treat while we were visiting Hochatown for a few days.The staff was friendly and courteous, our massages were good. However, we did not receive the services represented in the package details. We did receive a facial, but not the sea salt facial massage with red light wrinkle therapy. We did not receive the total body exfoliation and polish under Vichy shower, hand and foot reflexology or chocolate-covered strawberries. The soaking tubs are agricultural stock tanks for livestock, not bath tubs as pictured at all! When we inquired about not receiving the body exfoliation and Vichy shower, we were told the shower was out of order.
