Everyone is so friendly. Katie takes the time to make sure that you’re happy with your hair. She massages your head when she’s shampooing your hair – which is so relaxing. She’s the best& I highly recommend her.

Shortly after my Mother was diagnosed with cancer she was given a Features business card at one of her doctor appointments and was told they give free wigs for cancer patients. We went in and picked out a wig. The thing ended up being on back order for about 2 months. Finally get the call that the wig is in. We go pick it up and the lady tells me $71.00. She gave me a story of you get up to so much (dollar amount free). Not once did the lady who helped pick the wig go over any pricing NONE AT ALL. We were under the impression that its free. Poor employee training for sure!! If you have cancer how the hell can you afford money for a wig??? You can barely work!!!
