Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI booked this appointment about a week ago to get butterfly locs done just to have my time wasted, especially considering I’m a little over an hour away. I had never been here before so I didn’t know what to expect. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said “please wait to be called for your appointment, no walks ins”. Okay. I waited in my car for AN HOUR before leave. During that time, I tried calling multiple times( no one answered) and even walked to the door again to see if someone would open it so I could get an ETA on how much longer it would be. They only looked at me. Considering the fact that i work in customer service, I always give people/businesses the benefit of the doubt, but there was just too many red flags with this one. They could have at least given me a courtesy call if they were backed up. I booked this appointment about a week ago to get butterfly locs done just to have my time wasted, especially considering I’m a little over an hour away.
