Very nice and relaxing ambience. Treated us with great care and a nice greeting. Accommodated us even though we were 10 minutes late. And saved us champagne and chocolates. Before the massage we were seated into a quiet retreat room to relax and prepare for the massage. From there we entered the couples massage room where my partner and I received full body massages. Personally my masseuse was a Male with gentle hands and applied the right level of firmness. He focused on my trouble areas and worked out a few knots. It was a first time experience for my partner and he enjoyed it. He was hesitant to the idea at first but after his massage and going to la bella, he wants us to go again.

My boyfriend and I just recently went for the first time to La Bella Day Spa and Salon and we loved it! We did the 1 hour couple’s swedish massage with complementary champagne and chocolate. Our masseuses were both female, and very attentive to our needs and problematic places. My boyfriend suffers from a fractured tailbone and he carries all of his pain there and he wanted someone who was going to give their attention to that specific area and he got just that ! I’m pregnant and for those of you that are or ever were pregnant as well, then you know that being pregnant brings stress and pain all on it’s own lol. With that being said, my back hurts all the time and everywhere ! My masseuse specialized in prenatal massages and she worked out the stiffness in my back and neck as well. Overall, I can honestly say that my boyfriend and I were extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in excellent customer service and kind staff ! We will be back very soon !

Very great couple massage!!! Very nice place as well. From the outside you cannot tell it’s 2 stores or that they have so much to offer inside. My husband and I signed in, next they took us to a lounge where we were served champagne and chocolates. Then, we were escorted to our room( wasn’t rushed for time what’s so ever). The room was beautiful with a waterfall playing on a flat screen tv and nice fireplace! Now, to the best part. The massage was awesome! I had Kevin and my man had Diana. They stretched us and went for all of the knots and aches. (I prefer to feel reguvinated during a massage) rather than just gently rubbed. I felt loose and as if my stress that I carry in my shoulders was truly reduced! We are coming back forsure and next time going to add sugar scrub and peppermint head massage! Way better than massage envy and green day spa. I’m happy we gave them a shot!

i give this place a 2 star only because my massage was bogus.. i went with a friend and we did the special for a massage and facial.. the facial was spectacular and we disnt feel pressued to buy products like most spas do. however, when it came down to the massage it was TERRIBLE, she began yhe massage by explaining that she doesnt have a belly button and that she was born with her insides out.. my friend said her massage was extremely inconsistant, that she massaged her butt when she clarified she didnt want that. when it came to my turn i couldnt agree more. not only did it seem like she had no idea what she was doing but she didnt even pay attention to the areas i asked her to. she spent half my massage paused to relax her hand which shows me that she is unproffesional and usues wrong hand placement that causes hand aches. ive recieced many massages and this was the most awkward and unrelaxing. the only thing that saved me from being so damn pissed off was the free chocolate and booze and that awesome facial.

This place used to be fantastic. Then they changed owners, and now they will jerk you around and waste your time if you try to use a Groupon. Hope you don’t plan to go there on a weekend, or a weekday after 5pm, because they will call and cancel your appointment. Repeatedly.

Have tried to make an appointment since the gift in December….but they have NO OPENINGS to use it. No matter how wonderful the Spa may be if you cannot make an appointment they got FREE MONEY on the Groupon Gift Card you purchased!
