I love coming here! I followed Amy over as this is her sister Hannah and brother in law Kevin’s salon. Absolutely adore them! Kevin is always right there for anything you may need and both Hannah and Amy are always happy to chat and laugh while we work! They always take great care of me. I’ve built strong friendships with them all and will never go anywhere else!

went in to get my nails taken off (easy right?) i would’ve done it at home but i was already in the area and didn’t have the supplies at home. they were busy which i understand and got me in within a decent time. once she put my nails in the acetone with the foils, the acetone was left on my nails for 45 minutes. 45 minutes is an absurd amount of time even if they were busy. when someone finally came to take them off it took them not even 5 minutes. my nails, cuticles, and fingers were left so dry and in pain from how long the acetone was left one. got to my car and the nails weren’t even fully taken off. no oil or anything was put on my nails. really really disappointed

I get really anxious about not liking the first color that is picked at nail salons. They made sure that I know it’s okay if the first color isn’t the one you like, they are patient on helping you figure out the right color. Hannah free handed the design in the middle. She has other designs I’m sure you’d love. Overall, no complaints… great service, people, and nails

100% will be back. I went in for a pedicure a month ago and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I went again today an hour before close and they took us gladly and even went well past closing to finish. Both times 11/10 would recommend and worth every penny. So so personable! I wanted to wait to do a review until I got my nails done, but I brought my 14 year old brother in tonight and he got his nails done and they made him feel so welcome and comfortable. It only being his 3rd time getting his nails done, he’s not 100% comfortable the past two times I took him and he was so comfortable, satisfied and excited to come back next time. Their quality is top notch and the customer service is elite. We found our forever nail place!

I love going to this shop, everyone is always super friendly and treating you with care. They do a fantastic job on my nails everytime, I always leave happy and loving them. I’ve been to almost every nail places in Ankeny and they are by far the best.

First off- love the atmosphere when you walk in. Kevin is super friendly & offered complementary wine. Amy did my dip powder manicure & regular polish pedicure. She’s my favorite! The massage chair was super relaxing. They use a cooling gel on your legs before the hot towels. Loved that combo! Definitely recommend your next nail appointment to be here. You won’t be disappointed! I paid $80 for my service & it was worth it.

I have been getting my nails done for a long time now and the owners Hannah and Kevin are amazing, always so friendly and easy to talk to. I have had my nails done by every tech there and have never had a bad experience. I normally get tips but recently transitioned to using my real nails and I came in with one nail almost completely broke off and Hannah was able to work her magic and saved it for me. I also recently got my eyelashes done for the first time ever and Hannah did so amazing putting up with me as I don’t really like stuff being near my eyes, she made them look so natural,im in love with them. I always leave here so happy.

I have been to Flawless Nails in Ankeny 4 visits. 3 of those visits were fun and they did wonderful work on my and my daughters nails. On Thursday June 9th went with my daughter we had appt. My daughter had a good appt. mine not so much. An older man did my nails he was rough and his filing hurt my fingers so much. I was shaking alot and kept bumping my nails in the uvlight machine for which I am sorry, it just hurt. The sighing he did and not listening to me about what I wanted on my nails was not right. I just wanted away from him and to get out of there. My nails are not straight and the cuticles have jagged polish on them. I wish I had stopped the man when I asked him to.
