This place is my happy place! I have been going to Flawless for almost two years, and always leave happy. You get the best service from the front desk all the way up to the owner of the MedSpa. Lisa is wonderful! She is good at what she does, honest and takes the time to make sure you are happy with the services rendered. I also love Nina. I have been working with her for months. She made me feel comfortable right off the bat, and I can trust her. If you get a chance, attend an open house. That is the best way to meet the staff and learn about the services they offer. I love Flawless Med Spa! The location is so easy to get to, parking is plentiful, upon walking in you immediately see the cleanliness and there are a selection of beverages and snacks. The front desk staff are friendly, inviting and get you settled quickly. I’ve met the entire staff and owner and they are extremely knowledgeable in every treatment the spa offers. I’ve had several treatments over the last couple of years and have never been disappointed with the results. I leave there feeling refreshed and pretty . I’m always looking forward to trying something new as I trust these ladies. The spa is by far my favorite place to go when I want to treat myself. The spa is not just for women, I have seen men there on most of my visits.

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at Flawless MedSpa and I have only had positive experiences there. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, helpful, and informative and did a great job at walking me through the procedure and checking to see if I had any questions before they began. They were also great about finding another appointment time when I got sick and had to cancel at the last minute.

I had never had any type of facial done before and I can say that Flawless MedSpa made me very comfortable. The receptionists were extremely helpful and the esthetician explained everything she was doing. She also answered my questions about other services they offered, and the owner was willing to set up a payment plan to make it more affordable. Every year they do a spa-week with awesome deals and I HIGHLY recommend it. Very clean and beautiful spa.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Made me feel really comfortable from the phone call when I booked to when i walked through the door. They offered me water as soon as I signed in. They had tons of pamphlets with information on services they offer. The rooms are very clean. Lisa is awesome. She was very professional, fun and easy to talk to. She does an AMAZING job. I had a 5 star experience and will reccomend them to all of my family and friends.

Critical: CommunicationSo I was excited to go and get my lips done. My best friend went and it was smooth for her. So I called yesterday and they scheduled me for today which was great. I called for an consultation/ lip injection. Long story short I come from Rhode Island and I was heading to Burlington as soon as I got into the tunnel someone got in a car accident and it pushed back my time. (My appointment was at 5) it’s now 4:15 so I called because I wanted to give them a heads up that we can cut the consultation short and just do the fillers and whoever I spoke to said that if i wasn’t there by 5 I had to reschedule so I told her my appointment should at least by 45min to an hour long since it’s a consultation and she said no Lisa is booked at 5:30 so if you’re not here by 5 you can’t do it. Like one that’s rude I literally came from another state and if people in Boston knew how to drive I’d be on time.
