I was very hesitant to use a spa for my tattoo removal, but from the moment I had my conference call with video with Kathy I felt comfortable, upon arrival for my appointment I was greeted with smiling faces, the lady who checked me in was very informative and professional, I apologize I can’t remember the name, my appointment was at 10:45 on 5/12/2022, please acknowledge this woman who was more than helpful, upon entering the room Samantha was very informative and made me feel comfortable and explained everything including the machine which I found fascinating. The lobby was very inviting and comfortable with a modern decor. I will definitely be back for my future appointments for the tattoo removal. Thanks again!!

I have been coming to Flawless Med Spa for several years now. Today I got lip filler and I think the name is Kysse. I love how my lips look. They look smoother and fuller and I love them. I worked with Sherri and Jackie for the procedure. They were professional, answered all of my concerns and questions. Most importantly to me they were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
