I went and they did my lashes , but what they didnt do was tell me it would be more harm to my natural lashes if they put some on me , but the young woman did let me know that some of my lashes were missing. I went to another lash company and that’s when I found out that my natural lashes were to weak to apply so they consulted me and now I’m apply a supplement on my natural lashes. I will give it at least a month then go to the other company that informed me that I shouldn’t at the time for another consolation to see if they improved enough to get some. Most people work hard for their money and I like lashes, but I rather not have any than to permanently damage my natural lashes. I appreciate the truth I was given from Lash Lounge.

I made a bad review a few days ago , I thought I was charged for a mega set when I barley received a volume set then I had lashes falling out like crazy the same day and the next few days after , I’d say about 15 fans have fallen out, but even with that they’re still willing to see what went wrong and fix it without adding on additional fees and that is actually hard to come by , a lot of techs out there don’t care where it was their fault your fault or the weather’s fault they won’t fix it so that means a lot and I really appreciate it I just wanted to remove that bad review because I was under the impression I was charged for something I didn’t get and then the sllfall outs, theirs only one thing I’d say you guys should change is just informing your clients ahead of time about taxes being added on other than that thank you
