This is the result of my lashes set, EYES INFECTION! I went to flawless lashes on saturday 10/08, Tina made my lashes, during the application I told her that my eye was itching so much, I felt that something was wrong when I start to feel pain, 2 days later I have the eye infection, thank you Tina. She made a really BIG MISTAKE, she put the lashes extensions in the skin, I being using last extensions 3 years ago and was my first time on that place. DO NOT GO THERE, is dangerous.

This is something that I don’t rarely do however, I must share the service I received from Amy, the owner of this establishment. I had an appointment on today 8/24 however, I made a mistake on scheduling this appointment which was booked the same time as another appointment. Now, I will admit I did “confirm” the appointment without checking my calendar. Well, when I called to apologize and reschedule the appointment with Tracie (who does an amazing job) I was told that I would have to pay a $25 deposit. I asked to speak with Amy explaining to her that this was an honest mistake and I take full responsibility however, I am human. I have been a loyal customer to establishment for 6 years and as previously stated, Tracie does an amazing job, I have even referred customers to Tracie she’s great! But Amy does not value her loyal customers and when we had the conversation, she was talking over me trying to get her point across, well Amy I am the customer. I drive from Humble to this location every 2-3 weeks to get my lashes done, I know that I cross many other salons however, my loyalty was with Flawless Lashes By Amy, well Amy YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!! Tracie if you get an opportunity to read this, it’s nothing that you have done. I will miss you doing my lashes.

I was initially a satisfied customer. Then the service and quality declined. I had my lashes fall off within a weeks time twice. The first time it happened I didn’t make a big deal about it. This time I am utterly frustrated because it’s only been 3 days and there is a significant difference in my lash appearance. One side is full whilst the other side is less full. Grant it i expect the normal fall out of lashes but this is ridiculous. What’s most ludicrous is they wouldn’t attempt to make accommodations to fix the problem even after explaining to them I will be out of town on the next business day. Super disappointed.

They don’t treat all the customers the same. Not everyone pay a deposit and I know that as a fact. They don’t call to tell you your appointment was cancelled. Amy is rude and always have been. That’s y she can’t keep a receptionist. She goes through them like water. Eyelash extensions

I 1st visited flawless lashes and brows by Amy about 3 weeks ago. Got a classic set of full lashes that I was very pleased with. It cost $70 total. The facility looks very clean & well kept. My lash tech was very nice & professional. So I set an appointment to have them filled in. I had my lashes filled Wednesday.

Came in at 11:45 am to get lashes removed & a full classic set, about 3 days ago. The product used to remove my lashes was uncomfortable & it gave me a burning sensation for a few minutes. My lash tech was nice & gave me a wet towel to calm the burning sensation. Would be nice if a different product is used to remove lashes.
