I met Jo-Anne at Flawless Facials when a friend gave me a gift certificate. I knew what to expect, as I have had facials over the years, but I wasn’t prepared for the amazing difference. Jo-Anne has an unmatched combination of skill, experience, and the desire to provide the absolute best care for your skin, at time of service and for the long run. I have had difficult skin my entire life. Through school years I had a dermatologist who treated me for rosacea (which I don’t even have), unsuccessfully and oftentimes causing more discomfort and irritation. As an adult, I went to multiple people / places looking for relief, bought an ungodly amount of products, all to no avail. Jo-Anne has been magical ~ she spent our first session doing an thorough exam of of my skin, asked a lot of questions about a lot of things, and put together an incredible program for me. She followed up in the days and weeks following, offering advice and answering every single question I asked – there were many! I have been seeing Jo-Anne for years now, and I continue to be impressed by her & thankful for her. My skin looks and feels better than it has in my entire life. It is still touchy, with reactions to weather and diet, but Jo-Anne has taught me how to respond and use products that work for me. I recommend Jo-Anne every chance I get. Whether you have problem skin, want to keep your skin happy and healthy, or just want to pamper yourself (her treatment is like a mini spa-day!), Flawless Facials will make it happen! 5 stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
