I contacted Flawless beauty Medical spa because I seen a special on Facebook for a lip Flip procedure. I have been wanting the procedure for a while and thought Is was perfect timing. I love that there was a video on FB of the entire procedure. Booking an appt was really easy and communication was great! The office is modern and clean. Zahra explained the procedure and possible side effects. The procedure itself took less than 3 minutes. It was really quick. A day later I have zero swelling, pain or bruising and I can already see the difference even tho full results may take up to a week or more. I will be back!

I felt so welcomed as she greeted me with big smile and sweet words. My consultation went so well by her full explanation about the procedure. Her knowledge, skill and bedside manner is beyond expectation. I am also very happy with the results and after 2 months I am seeing the results, although I will continue my treatment. I went back for other services including Botox injection and dermal fillers and noticed her knowledge and skill on these treatments as well. I highly recommend Zahra for any of your aesthetic treatments.

Terrible experience! Did not discuss cost of procedure prior to treatment. I was either injected in the wrong areas or with a “fake” Botox product. A month later and I’m still waiting for the negative symptoms to subside. Beware!
