Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had venessa and she charged me full price for a wedding make up trial, and up do! She then cancelled the next day to do make up and hair 28 days away from my wedding day! Who does that! She needs to learn customer service skills and shouldn’t tell customers she can do styles that she cant do! Everyone else seemed nice and friendly.

Sheri is absolutely amazing! Very professional and she has a heart of gold. I’ve always walked out beyond happy with my hair! I will never go anywhere else! Shes also absolutely amazing with kids as well! She has so much patience! Highly recommend!

Went to get a cut on a style done elsewhere. Loved my haircut when I came in…. HATED it when I left! Had Vanessa. She introduced herself as a perfectionist. Obviously, she defines perfectionist differently than I. She hacked and chopped, said she was done, and asked how I liked it. I pointed out a few spots that needed some evening, and fixing. It kept getting shorter. I wanted to cry. Vanessa got one of the other stylists to come over to fix it. She told her what to do with my type of hair I wish Vanessa would have asked before she took the 1st snip if she was not sure how to do it. A professional would have been able to tell the client that she had never dealt with this type of hair before and was going to consult with one of the other stylists. Just to give you an idea of how it looked when I left. The cut was “On the house”. Not a good review here!!

I don’t remember the name of the stylist but she was great. Great hair cut, even and fast. Odd they didnt wash my hair first like other places Ive been but made it much faster. Very happy with the cut so making this my new salon to go to.

The spray tan girl missed places on my body. And my nails didn’t turn out very good. Extremely uneven nails, and filed poorly. I was really disappointed. And it sure wasn’t worth $100.
