I have been going to this salon for months and I have always had decent service, but today the service was ridiculous because everyone wanted to go home. I went in for a full set of nails and a pedicure, my pedicure required repairs to my big toes with acrylic which I was charged $10 for and it looks like my 3 yr old niece had done it. My nails have always been done coffin shaped (they are square & coffin) they never even checked the length of the nails which are completely uneven and I was nicked twice. After applying the topcoat, he wiped them down with alcohol and the finish was removed making them look dull and they simply put oil on them saying that it would be okay. I had to complain to get another topcoat put on which was definitely better but the nails still look like absolute garbage so I will have get them fixed at another salon that wants my business. Unfortunately, I was charged $144 for the services that I received and I admit that I did not tip, but I refuse tip to for subpar services.

The guy who did my nails at station 12 charged me for the chrome on my nails when the chrome didn’t even show up. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he obviously had never done chrome nails. 3/10 the nails are good but the color is not at all what I wanted. Never coming back.

Here’s the issue I have with places like this, they don’t have enough people ever! They make you wait so long then they have the audacity to rush you when it’s your turn! They cut corners to get done fast and don’t even get me started on how thick the nails look-just real bulky and winged on the corners.
