I can’t review the actual service, but my son and I went there on a Sunday about an hour and half after opening, there was only one barber there working on someone, some kids were waiting their turn then my son.. the barber kept stopping his client to talk to a guy outside the shop on a bench. We couldn’t wait as long as it seemed like it was going to take so we had to leave. I’m hoping to be able to go back and give it a try when there are more barbers there, we usually do great clips but I want him to go to an actual barber for a try.

Charlie was dancing around my chair, talking to everybody else around me. When he finished cutting my hair he left it up and gave me a brush to comb it out. When he asked me to sit in the chair next to him to comb my own hair out and I realized the back wasn’t done the way I wanted it to be I asked if he can fix it and he said that that was another job. That I need to pay more money or a separate charge for a completely separate haircut. He told me that I need to stop playing games and take control of my life. nothing will probably come of this review since he told me he was good friends with the owner for like 10 years but it needs to be known that Charlie, usually in a red polo, is one of the worst there. Actually he is the worst one there due to this being the second time I go to him and he’s done this type of move before. I went to three other barbers there and they are very friendly and professional. Charlie is their weakest link.

Really upset with how my husband’s barber Charlie treated him during his cut! This place is now called Uncle John’s Barbershop in the Seminole Town Mall. My husband has been rocking this long hair on the top, shaved on the sides type of style for awhile. And when Charlie was done with the shave on the sides part of his cut it was time to do the actual hair cut part for the longer part of his hair. Well, he had my husband’s hair in a pony the whole time, and when he thought he was done with the cut he told my husband to sit down and comb the knotted pony tail mess out of his hair himself made by Charlie. (He put his longer hair in a pony to get to the sides). He finally combed it all out, with my help, and then asked Charlie to fix the back b.c he didnt angle it or cut the long part in the back at all. Didnt touch it. Charlie was disrespectful to my husband and told him that if this was a mechanic shop he would be charged twice b.c he did one job and was about to do another job. He told my husband to get himself together and take control of his life, and not to play games with him. All in front of me and another customer! Then he looked at me and asked if I was going to sign a document making this the last cut for him. He said it like a joke but he knew what he was doing when he said it, he was being so rude it was unbelieveable. I felt so uncomfortable. I just looked away from him at this point b.c I was blown away with his disrespect. Then he went to finish his hair in the back, did 3 snips that took 20 seconds, shook his head, said he was done and wasnt doing anymore.

I just brought my son in for a haircut and a very unprofessional very rude barber “Hayward Hooker, Inc” ruined my son’s hair! When I went to the owner Caesar for a second opinion his idiot barber Hayward become hostile, insulted me and the owner did nothing. Maybe you should allow experienced barbers to rent chairs in your shop, because ultimately they represent you and your business! As to you Mr. HAYWARD maybe you should learn some customer service and take a refresher course on cutting hair since you sucked so bad! How’s that for being “Fake” you idiot!! Do not allow Hayward to cut your hair if you go there!!
